1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GetYourJobs, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetYourJobs is an AI-powered internship application platform for Indian college students. It helps you generate cover letters, cold emails, and LinkedIn messages; track job applications; prepare for interviews; and analyze and improve your resume using AI.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to sign in using Google Sign-In to use core features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

4. Free & Pro Plans

• Free plan: 3 AI generations lifetime; all other features accessible.
• Pro plan: ₹99/month (30-day access), unlimited generations, unlocks Interview Prep AI answers, Resume Tailoring, and AI Resume Builder.

Feature availability may change over time; if we make material changes, we will update these Terms.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Pro is a 30-day, non-recurring subscription.

Due to the digital nature of the Service (AI content is generated immediately upon upgrade), we do not offer refunds once the Pro plan is activated.

If there is a technical failure where Pro was charged but not activated, contact aakashkamal8505@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment details for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam or mass unsolicited emails/messages.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract AI prompts or system logic.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as fully original in contexts that prohibit AI use; you are responsible for appropriate disclosure where required.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require editing.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific outcome from using the Service.
• You are responsible for reviewing, personalising, and verifying content before sending.

8. Intellectual Property

• The GetYourJobs platform, UI, brand, and code are owned by Aakash Kamal.
• Your uploaded resume content remains your intellectual property.
• AI-generated output produced using your data is licensed to you for personal job application use.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aakash Kamal / GetYourJobs will not be liable for missed job opportunities, rejection, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting aakashkamal8505@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
