Refund Policy

1) General policy

GetYourJobs Pro is a digital service that unlocks features immediately after activation. Once Pro is activated on your account, we do not offer refunds.

2) When we can help

If you were charged but Pro was not activated due to a technical issue, contact us and we will investigate. If confirmed, we will either (a) activate Pro for you, or (b) process a refund.

  • Contact within 48 hours of the payment.
  • Share your registered email, payment ID, and a screenshot/receipt if available.

3) How to request support

Email us at aakashkamal8505@gmail.com with:

  • Subject: Refund / Payment Issue
  • Your account email
  • Razorpay payment ID / order ID
  • What you expected vs what happened (e.g., "paid but Pro not active")

4) Refund processing timeline

If a refund is approved, we initiate it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank/payment method, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
